Lake Society Magazine Summer 2019

A few of my lifestyle food images were recently published in the summer 2019 issue of the Twin Cities Lake Society Magazine.

These were taken at Minneapolis‘ downtown Red Stag Restaurant for the cabin backdrop look they were going for and as part of my partnership working the Book Club restaurant. A big thank you to Laura the Creative Director for all the food styling! Such a fun shoot that lasted a bit longer than we anticipated (which may or may not have included my standing on a table with Laura holding it steady, the things I will do to get a good shot!) but I think the results speak for themselves.

I am definitely going to try the homemade refrigerator pickle recipe if I have a chance to do some summer grilling. I think they’d be great on some burgers or just as a side with my daily lunch salad too.
